The database comprises WHO CNS 5 adult diffuse glioma cases with both preoperative and postoperative MRI scans, as well as associated clinical data. Each imaging session includes T1-weighted pre-contrast, T1-weighted post-contrast, T2-weighted (T2w), and T2-FLAIR MRI sequences. When available, apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) maps and dynamic susceptibility contrast (DSC) imaging are also provided. The database is updated annually to incorporate new cases, additional follow-up MRI scans, and expand clinical data.
